How MaxLend Loans Work
From application to funding, here's exactly what to expect at each step.
Submit your online application
Complete a short, secure form with your name, contact details, income, and the amount you'd like to borrow ($1,000–$3,750; first-time borrowers up to $2,000). It takes about ten minutes and checking your options does not affect your credit score.
Verification call
A MaxLend loan agent reaches out to verify your information and answer questions. MaxLend does not rely on traditional FICO credit-score gatekeeping, so a low score won't automatically disqualify you.
Review your offer
If approved, you'll receive a loan agreement that clearly states your amount, payment schedule, total cost, and APR (471%–841%). Read it carefully — you're under no obligation until you sign.
Get same-day funding
Once you accept and sign, funds can be deposited into your checking account as soon as the same business day for applications completed early enough.
Repay on schedule — or early
Payments are made in scheduled installments aligned with your pay cycle. Pay ahead any time with no prepayment penalty to reduce your total interest, and build toward PREFERRED Rewards for better future terms.
